Laser welding equipment can ensure the overall strength and stability of the ladder. The fully automatic hole turning machine can ensure consistent hole size to avoid affecting the assembly and use of the ladder.

We have replaced traditional manual ladder assembly with fully automatic or semi-automatic assembly equipment in many aspects. Strict ladder inspection
We have a professional quality control team to monitor the entire manufacturing process of the ladder. Professional ladder quality inspectors will conduct regular sampling inspections on all ladders. Once any non-conforming products are found, the manufacturing and transportation of that batch of ladders will be suspended until the cause is identified and repaired, and then delivered to the customer after the quality is qualified.
