STEP 1
Communicate with customers

We will fully understand the customer’s industry background, product positioning, and target market, and consult and inquire about their specific requirements for the ladder, such as material, size, weighing, and functionality. Thoroughly organize customer requirements and communicate multiple times to ensure mutual agreement on the requirements. We will conduct a feasibility analysis of the customer’s needs and evaluate whether their ladder requirements meet production standards and technical capabilities.

STEP 2
Scheme design and quotation

Based on the customer’s needs, we will design multiple feasible ladder manufacturing solutions and provide detailed solution explanations, including product specifications, material selection, production processes, etc. On this basis, we will develop a detailed quotation based on the design plan and market conditions, including product unit price, total price, delivery time, payment method, etc.

STEP 3
Contract signing and sample production

After both parties confirm the plan and quotation, a formal OEM cooperation contract for ladder customization will be signed. Clearly define the rights and obligations of both parties, product specifications, delivery time, payment method, quality assurance, etc. in the contract. We will make samples of the ladder according to the contract requirements. We will only proceed with mass production of the ladder after the customer confirms the sample.

STEP 4
Production and Quality Inspection

We will mass produce the ladder based on the drawings and samples confirmed by both parties. In the process of ladder manufacturing, strict quality control is implemented to ensure that the quality of ladder products meets the requirements. We will establish production records for ladders to trace product information. Multiple spot checks are conducted during the production process to ensure product quality. Conduct a comprehensive factory inspection after production to ensure that the ladder meets the contract requirements.

STEP 5
Packaging and Shipping

We will choose the appropriate packaging method based on the appearance, material, and transportation requirements of the ladder. Label product information and warning labels on the packaging of the ladder. According to the customer’s transportation requirements, we will arrange logistics to safely deliver the product to the customer’s designated location and provide logistics tracking information for customers to check at any time.

STEP 6
After sales support

We provide technical support for customers in installation, use, maintenance, and other aspects. Climb has a comprehensive after-sales service system that can promptly solve customer problems. We regularly collect customer feedback on our products, continuously improve the design of the ladder, and enhance the level of after-sales service.
